5.9 billion in grants and loans for Belgium to grow and build a green & digital future for all
While the COVID-19 crisis is now two years old, the political, economic and social repercussions are still being felt. In response to this unprecedented pandemic, the European Union created the “Next Generation EU” initiative to revive economies and rebuild the Europe of tomorrow.
This instrument has been deployed at local level in all European countries, including Belgium. The country, composed of a federal government and other local governments, has presented a recovery plan that responds to the need for economic resilience and energy transition of the territory.
