Your job as Business Developer Manager :
As a results-oriented Business Developer Manager, you’ll strategically expand our market share in Belgium. Your role will involve prospecting for new B2B clients, nurturing existing relationships, and closing deals.
Are you ready to make an impact in the world of consulting? Here are your key responsibilities:
- Trusted Advisor: Build strong partnerships with c-level contacts in Finance, HR, and R&D, aligning their strategic needs with Ayming’s solutions.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate and nurture leads, converting them into signed contracts.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead to contract, working closely with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and act as an ambassador for Ayming’s services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our expert teams before, during, and after the consulting phase to ensure client success.
- SalesForce Champion: Use SalesForce and other CRM tools to maintain accurate records and strive for maximum conversion rates.
- Innovation: Bring new ideas and solutions to enhance client relationships and add value to Ayming’s services.
Expect to spend most of your time engaging with (potential) clients, both in-person and virtually, to build relationships and close deals.
