Ayming and Voka study reveals that Brussels office tax burden 3 times higher than Flemish periphery
“Tax pressure on office buildings in the Brussels region is on average three times higher than in the Flemish periphery”, according to the annual study conducted by Ayming in collaboration with Voka Metropolitan.
The study reveals that companies in Brussels pay far more tax than their neighbours on the outskirts. For example, an office building in Zaventem costs an average of €64,000 in tax, while a building of the same size in Ganshoren costs €323,000.
